By participating in any event organized by Champlified.org, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this disclaimer carefully before participating in any of our community events.

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in community events involves inherent risks and hazards. These risks may include, but are not limited to, accidents, injuries, illness, property damage, and the actions of other participants. I voluntarily assume all such risks and responsibilities associated with my participation in the event.
2. Personal Responsibility: I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own actions, behavior, and well-being during the event. I agree to conduct myself in a manner that does not endanger myself or others around me.
3. Health and Fitness: I affirm that I am in good physical condition and able to participate in the event activities. If I have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, I have consulted with a healthcare professional and obtained clearance to participate.
4. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event, I hereby release and discharge Champlified.org, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the event or any related activities, including but not limited to negligence.
5. Media Release: I grant Champlified.org the right to use any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation or approval.
6. Code of Conduct: I agree to abide by the event's code of conduct and behave in a respectful and inclusive manner towards all participants and organizers. I understand that any violation of the code of conduct may result in my removal from the event without a refund.
7. Event Changes or Cancellation: Champlified.org reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or low registration numbers. In the event of cancellation, a refund policy, if applicable, will be followed.
8. Minors: If I am registering a minor to participate in the event, I hereby confirm that I am their legal guardian and consent to their participation. I agree to assume all risks and responsibilities on their behalf.
9. Indemnification: I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Champlified.org, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from and against any claims, suits, actions, damages, or liabilities, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

By registering and participating in the community event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this legal disclaimer. I also understand that this disclaimer is binding upon myself, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
